Out-of-Pocket Cost

Your out-of-pocket cost is dependent upon the benefit plan that you have through your insurance. If you are covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your insurer to determine accurate information about your financial responsibility for a particular service provided at this office. If you are not covered by insurance, you are strongly encouraged to obtain an out-of-pocket cost estimate by reaching out to our Cost Estimates team at (719)540-2149, opt. 3. They will be able to discuss payment options prior to receiving a health care service from a provider at this office, as posted prices may not reflect the actual amount of your financial responsibility.
